Secret Santa question

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I am a bit confused about something. I received a card and some wonderful scrapping items from someone in Florida. I'm assuming that it came from someone here in the group but I don't recall joining the Secret Santa exchange and I was wondering how exactly it was set up. Was every member supposed to send something to another member?

I haven't been online much for the last month and a half because my computer crashed and then I had it out being repaired a couple of times. My grandmother has been in and out of the hospital since the end of September and my kids were all sick over the holidays (my husband and I got it too) so I haven't been following what's going on here very much at all. If I missed the exchange, I'm so sorry to whomever was supposed to receive something from me.

Please let me know how that was arranged and I'll try to get a Thank You out to my exchange partner soon.

Thanks,

Alida

Are you talking about a card that came in a white envelope with some frames and fiber in it? That was me... I sent out a card and a little gift to about half the people on the address list, chosen at random... nothing was arranged, so you don't have to do anything in return. I'm glad you like the stuff.

Hi Karen,

Yes, that's what I received. It was so unexpected and so nice of you. I thought that I must have missed something amidst everything that was going on. Thank you very much!

When the envelope came, my husband said, "Who do you know in Florida?" and then he said, "Oh, wait, what did you order?" I honestly had no idea what it could be and I could tell he was a bit skeptical. Now I can tell him about it. It was a mystery.

Thank you again.

Karen,

Thanks for having the elves whip a little something up for me after Christmas... I got a purple fiber, which is wonderful as purple is my favorite color and will most likely, ultimately, end up in Vol. 2 of my great grandmother's life heritage albums as it is purple themed.

thanks so much, it really made me smile :)
