I have had a lot of luck with creativexpress.com. they have great prices and if you wait a bit they usually have great sales (right now I think they are 50% off the sizzix originals)
I am not sure about shipping to canada though.
cheers, Lenora
T> Hello,
You might have some luck getting a good deal on Sizzix stuff on Ebay! I have gotten most of mine there.
L> Hello,
Just make sure and compare prices. I haven't found many things on eBay that were all that good of deal compared to buying them locally. Either the prices are so close to local stores or they are cheaper but you get hit with high shipping costs or both.
Then of course you also have to deal with the shipping time. Most sellers that seem to offer what I consider fair shipping costs send stuff by the slowest methods possible like parcel post or media mail in the case of books, DVDs, etc.
The only time going with eBay is an advantage is when it is something you can't get in a store or someplace else online. Like discontinued products. Then they kind of have you over a barrel.

I haven't gotten anything off ebay in the Sizzix department. I bid and then get out bid and people pay way too much. 50% sales and looking locally to save on postage would be the way to go. I suppose if someone were to keep after ebay regularly an auction might slip through at a decent price.

I got most of my sizzix items from

I don't own a sizzix, but own a quickutz die cutter. The company I purchased it from sells all major (and some more minor) die cut brands. Their prices are always great and I have always received wonderful customer service.

For me the closest place to buy sizzix is a two hour round trip away. Combined with the fact there is not always a sale or coupon on the weekend I can get a chance to get there I'm usually just "out of luck" in the "getting them on sale" department. I usually just buy from Sizzix when they have an online sale or ebay if I can happen into a bargain. I am real picky about the dies I do buy. I decide if I am going to use it much, and my rule of thumb is I have to get one LO per every dollar value of a tool or I won't buy it. Plus I do try to keep track of the dies other members of my crop group have. If they have it I never buy it. Sandy
Hi Everyone!

T> Hello,
Hi, The Doll summer Accessories.
Hello, A two hour drive down the highway to Michaels is the only place for me to get them around here, and Michaels is not cheap even with a coupon. I buy
95% of my dies off of ebay from a seller already in Canada. I could probably get them cheaper from someone else, but to make it wothwhile shipping I have to buy alot. Then there's the duties from Canada post. Thanks for the sites. JudyHave something to add? Share your thoughts — no account required.
