I went to AC Moore today and they had wooden cd crates on sale 2 for $3. I went to the sizzix aisle and found the red dies fit perfectly. I bought 6 of them, sanded them a little and painted them. I am not sure if I will just place them on a shelf or mount them directly on the wall over my sizzix cutter. At any rate it is an economical way to both store and display the dies for easy access.
That's a great idea. I might have to look for some. We don't have an AC though. I have lots of sizzix and they are in a clear plastic draw tower thing. It's hard to look through trying to find what you want. Thanks for the idea.
Thank you so much for the idea! I am always trying to find ways to organize my scrapbook tools so they are handy. If I have to dig through my tools to find something, I use it less than others that are handy. I just wish I could find a real economical and easy way to store my punches where they are easily visible.
