Trying my luck in the chat room

I've seen lots of headlines re a chat room. But I don't know it's purpose (beyond chatting)... I mean, is it for specific scheduled topics or is it just random chatting or scrapbooking paper crafting chat etc? And, how do you get there?

Melissa it is just a place for us to gather and chat anytime about anything. The room is open all the time and people are in and out. Jessica and I are usually there during the day on weekdays. We can also schedule and evening chat so we can get more people involved. I'll send you and invitation so you can join us.
