Just wondered if anyone uses Wacky Tack in their scrapbooking?
I have some and have used it but not in any scrapbooking yet. I would have to actually do some pages to use it though! I did give some to both of my nieces who were using glue!! Tried to convert them to acid-free materials but they are teenagers and they think construction paper works just as well:(

I use the Wacky Tack tape and it works great. I first bought the Wacky Tack glue. As I work full-time and have a family, I don't have time for things that take forever and the glue does take forever to be ready for use. The glue must be completely dry before you can stick anything and it takes forever to dry, so I found I'd have to get things ready for a page and apply the glue on one night and the following night, I'd be able to place the items on the page. That was way too much for me - with the tape, you just measure the length you want, cut it any apply and remove the backing - much easier and quicker.

I too also have and use Wacky Tack tape. I really like it and use lots of different types of adhesives. I would recommend it highly.

I've never heard of this wacky tack. Who makes it?
I just looked at my WackyTack glue and it doesn't give a name other than "WackyTack" and it is made in Kansas City, Missouri. It is sold on the Craftopia shows on the Home Shopping Network and on their website....www.hsn.com
I wouldn't recommend the glue (although if you have lots of patience it works very well once it is dry), but recommend the tape. With the tape, the covering is precut about every 1 1/2" but the tape itself is continuous. The tape is definately repositionable and I'm very satisfied with its performance

Hmmm... I can't find it on HSN, but I DID find "Wacky Tac" on QVC... Is that it? It seems to be the only place you can buy it is QVC... It says it's made by "River City Products" in Kansas City, MO according to the QVC picture, but the only River City Products in KC doesn't list it on it's website, so chances are it's a "direct from QVC" type product...
I'm assuming this is the same stuff?

Thanks Sharon.
I didn't realize they have tape to. Did you get it off QVC? thats the only place I've seen Wacky Tack.

Hi CC, You are right! I'm so sorry, I forgot which shopping channel I purchased it from - it was QVC. So the URL would be:
Sharon
Hi, Yes I bought the tape at QVC when they first came out with it. I got two rolls for $15 (plus shipping and tax).
I looked at my bottle of "Repositionable/Removeable Adhesive" and the name is spelled "Wackytac". Sorry for misspelling the name before and for giving out the wrong shopping channel.
I've now gone to the QVC site, so I can get this correct. I went to:
Note that I have no idea what the "Wacky Widget" is since I didn't get one with my glue or set of 2 rolls of tape.
