Webshots uploaded layout/card

Today I made a scrapbook layout and and a valentines card.

The layout is a simple layout, its okay. I used Lettering Delights for the title font Tidings of Joy. The background paper had xmas lights on it and I had sticker of xmas bulbs so I put the stickers over the lights on the paper.

Today I also made a valentine card. The heart on the ribbon is popped dot and the edges of the card are chalked. The Love stamp has heart confetti around it so I colored the word Love with gray marker to match the silver in the ribbon. I love Valentine's Day because of all the pink's, pink is my favorite color.

Here is a picture of the tree in our background. I love the look of the trees with the snow on it. It snowed all day today.

Love the LO. I should take photos of our ornaments - especially to identify them in the future. I gave our oldest three children some of their ornaments before Christmas this year. After 30+ years of Hallmark ornaments it's hard to remember whose is whose. You are right, the tree is beautiful. We have a dusting of snow here today, and some rain last night. They have already called a 2 hour delay on school tomorrow beause of the temps and wind chill.

Your LO is very nice. What a great idea to photograph ornaments and talk about them. An idea I may have to do. Your giant Mickey looks like it was fun. Hope the neighbors didn't give you too much trouble.

Hey Chrissy, Love the layout. How neat to photo the ornaments. I loved your card too and the placement of the buttons. Very cute. I don't know about that tree though. Looks too cold for my liking!

Great idea to photograph ornaments! Nice pages, too! That font is cool. I have some special ornaments I should remember to take pics of next year when the tree is up. We just got a light snow yesterday, although the wind blew and blew..bitter cold too! BRRRR! I wish we had gotten more snow..I just love snow! I have been kind of hibernating since new years eve. I dont have to go back to work til tomorrow! Linda

Great Christmas page Chrissy. I love that you put light stickers on the pictures too, very nice touch. The Valentine card is really cute too.

All the trees around here look like they have blobs of cotton on them, at least they did until the wind started blowing.

Chrissy, I to love the idea of photographing your ornaments and writing about them. Your Valentine card is really awesome and I think that the tree is beautiful! Now that is where snow should be, on grass and trees, not on walkways and streets, LOL!
