my nephew took some bad drugs last night and is gone today, and someone came down the road and set a bail of our cotton on fire that ended up burning 2 bails!... just too much in one day to handle!

i know the cotton is important to your livelyhood but it could have been much worse -- the barn with your livestock or your home.

As far as your nephew is concerned, I hope "went away" means he ran away and didn't die from the drugs.
