Pay attention and you'd know.
CW, take a hint: "to" is a preposition (_to_ the store, _to_ work, begging _to_ have dessert, etc), while "too" is an adverb ("...you believe in begging, _too_.) See???
Considering the fact that we are not in school, that not everyone on here uses English as a first language, and that most people don't care, not to mention this ng is for sewing, not grammar lessons, I, at least, find your corrections obnoxious and offensive. Don't you have something to sew?

Sharon, you're missing the point. CW's post, and the original observations had nothing to do with sewing to begin with!

Excuse me. I was under the impression that buying a sewing machine would be pertinent. Next time I will have to post somewhere more appropriate, like alt.submarines.
Oops, my mistake. I thought I was replying to the rant about President Bush, which is seriously off-topic!
Hard to keep track of the rants here, some days. Karen Maslowski in Cincinnati
No problem. Happens to all of us.
