The formal dress that I posted about a little while back, has been decided on. It's Simplicity 5096 view D without the ruffle. I'm looking for a decorative buckle to use on the shoulder of the dress. My daughter is thinking rhinestones. The local JoAnn does not carry anything like this. I know there are many formal wear seamstresses here who must have a supplier for this type of thing. Where would you suggest I look? BTW, the dress will be dark green, which will look great with her red hair.
