Ever have one of those days when nothing you sew turns out right? Well,today I finished the pants to the scrub suit I made DH. (The one with theV-neck I had so many problems with). Well, DH decided the top needed tocarry the hospital initials. When I did the monogram, I had part of theshirt tucked under, and sewed the shirt back to the monogram. So I had funfixing that.Then, I sewed the pants without checking to see if the pattern fit. (Iknow, I know - big mistake) But I had basted it, so I was able to fit it (Ithought) without too much pain. Only I didn't adjust it enough, and had todo it again. Then, DH wanted a tie, not elastic waistband. So I made a tiething, and somehow mis-measured - it fit around him, but it couldn't be tied:>0. So I fixed that. And I put a couple of buttonholes in the front forthe tie (thank heavens they turned out!), but when I sewed the casing, Isewed one side pocket to the back casing. By the time I finished the pants,my Mother in Law and I were in hysterics. Boy, am I glad today is done!Sharon
