I doubt that. If I accidentally iron plastic, it melts and sticks to the iron, and some adhesives are really nasty when heated, too. That's why I asked Kate what her experience was.

I use the old fashioned linen paper lick-em-yourself type, or the paper pre-licked ones, not the plastic ones. No failures in 25 years...

Ayou're right of course, I wasn't thinking of that when I mentioned the plastic ones only that they were available. If I were to iron over them I would make sure they were on the bottom side of the paper and slick over them quickly so as to not do damage if possible... Kitty
