Sewing is EVIL, it's the work of the devil, made to collect your souls and to turn you into brainless slaves of hell.

If you like sewing, you will lose your soul to be damned for eternal torment in hell.Demons and devils will feast on your soul for all eternity.

So stop supporting this evil now to save your soul.

Or the holy inquisition will come for you and burn your flesh to save your soul, because the devil must not collect more souls or nobody can prevent Armageddon.

Maybe he is just poor at spelling and thinks we're a bunch of lawyers. 'To sew' could be mistaken for 'to sue' and if that's the case the writer has a point; (s)he's just making it in the wrong forum.

Or possibly we are seeing the pathetic result of crossing a rabid fundamentalist with a nudist.

Hmmm....actually, one could replace the word 'sewing' (which is the only way the word is used in the original post, there's no 'to sew,' 'they sewed,' etc) with practically any other word and be really creative!

Brewing, snowboarding, quilting, rowing, etc.....

I think that's what this person did. One of these showed up in alt.mountain-bike a few weeks ago. :P

Don't these people have better things to do? I know I do. They should come over - I've got plenty of yard work & could keep them out of trouble for a while. Years even.
