Sleeves

The shirt I'm making has narrow sleeves, but whenever I pile up the patterns to move them, the sleeve is on the bottom because that is the biggest piece.

Sleeves require a surprising amount of fabric.

But it's no surprise that these sleeves

required more fabric than the whole rest of the robe. (They are self-faced to the elbow.)

Back to figuring out how to fit thirteen patterns, some cut two, some cut on the fold, and one cut two on the fold. At least I've got worlds of fabric, which reminds me that I also want to cut a forty-inch half-square scarf.
