There is no such place. Any place that is good racoon habitat already has a colony of raccoons as large as will fit, and they won't like strangers moving in. If the newcomer does muscle its way in, there has to be an extra death or a smaller litter to make room for it. Whether the interloper lives or dies, it will disrupt their social order and pass on diseases they aren't accustomed to.
If there isn't any newly-opened habitat, and if the animal isn't a rare species that can find a home in a zoo, the only humane way to get rid of a wild animal is to kill it.
And if you kill it, you need some way to keep other critters from moving into the vacated habitat.
