halter sewing pattern

I am interested in making a halter top with exactly this shape. does anyone have a pattern to follow, suggestion. i'm pretty new to sewing but think i could do this with a simple pattern to follow. here's the very long link:

PDF file, but it's a start on the halter made with a bandana. You can add the remainder of the design yourself.
