what to do with this fabric

I picked up a very stretchy knit fabric with beautiful paisley print in the remnants box of a fabric store. It's about one yard. I don't remember the width. I got it for about 40cents. It's a lovely print and I want to make something out of it. Could anyone please suggest a pattern or an idea? I want to make something for size 4 toddler.

--- Shirts are ever-popular, but --especially if the print is large--you might get a cute dress out of 1 yd, prolly 60" wide? I used to make my girls' dresses out of scraps, so a yard is a huge amount. Cea
