Since there has been a thread on sharpening for beginners, I have updated the sharpening section on my web site. I know the video of the Oland being sharpened is choppy but I did it one handed while taking the picture with the other hand. The edge was good and it was sharpened in real time. Problem is, I have been looking at new systems out there and keep thinking I want one of them. Looks like I am going to upgrade my jig. If I do I will take pictures of the construction process.
