Anyone know if Dewalt bandsawsare any good?
I'm looking at buying a DW738 with a cutting depth of 155mm (6inch in proper language), in peoples experiences is this usually sufficient for basic turners? (i'm not looking to turn anything large for a loooong time yet, I'm only just starting)

Stu I have had my Rockwell Beaver 10" bandsaw for over 20 years. It has a 6" depth of cut which I find sufficient for turning. Any larger cuts I take to the chain saw.
I've never seen the DeWalt DW738, so I checked the US web site. It's not listed and appears to only be sold in the UK.
