Well, thank you all for your help in responding to a few of my posts regarding my shop-built lathe. You can see it over on ABPW now. Got a live centre on the way and two pen kits ready to turn! Gotta go hunt up some good firewood this weekend too!

looks great! you sure about the 1/2 hp motor? looks like a lot more than that. also looks like with the pulley system you can get it turning pretty slow. good job. skeez
