In a few days two other woodturners and I are taking a trip from California into the western part of Arizona. We would like to pick up some Mesquite and other desert woods suitable for turning. We would appreciate your suggestions.

just how much mesquite do you need? I have some that I can spare but I know a arborist in Green Valley that probably can fill your pick up several times over.
