just get outside and I hear my name being called. I turn around and, oh my >gosh, there's **Wooly**,

And I just finished writing the first positive review for the place that anyone has written in probably five years :D

I guess I know why you missed knitting today - if you can't SEE you ought not be driving, especially in this town!

Hi Ladies,

That was great to see each other, even if you didn't speak to one another. Maybe you'll meet up again when you least expect too.

Hugs,

Nora

LOVE this story ... but I don't know if I'm dense or what....

Tell me, was it "OUR" Wooly in the restaurant or another whom you imagined to be like her?

Dyin' to know!!!!!! LOL

Eve :o)

PS - Wooly, (ours!), are you a restaurant critic? Or perhaps you were making a joke and going along with the story.... !?!? See, I think I'm dense! LOL

Nah, we were both there, but I didn't see Threnody until she was on her way out (she's hard to miss right now since she's PG but I managed to not see her for close to an hour!).

And yes, I critique restaurants but I never get paid for it. Maybe that could be my "day job"?

Ha! Me again. I popped in here and found out "truth or fiction" (LOL) 'fore dinner ... and then thought about it the entire time I was getting it ready, eating, cleaning up, etc.....!!

So, now I'm wondering if you met each other here or in your community? Or perhaps you've been friends for eons and you're the ones who started this group?!?

Actually, about two weeks ago I was invited by Wooly to join one of her regular weekly knitting groups. That was the first we'd met, and I enjoyed it quite a lot but it was kind of tough on my five year old. Now the littler kid is home with me all the time and so I'd have them BOTH with me in public while trying to crochet, and I just don't think that can have any good ending at all. :) I'm trying to see if I can swap kid-watching with a friend so I can get that afternoon off for a little while to join Wooly and her pals.

Wooly's nice. She let me fondle her sari silk and sniff at it before she washed it. (I think I smelled goat.)

You obviously don't know me very well :D

I think we were all smelling the collective BO of the hundreds of women who wore the hundreds of saris that were shredded and turned into that yarn.

Hahahahaha! You two are TOO much! :o)

Glad you met -- so cool when we here are scattered so far apart. Threnody, I hope you can work out the kid-watching swap so you can enjoy the knitting group without a little one being bored and fussy. Eve :o)
