While in the USA and Canada I certainly told a few waiters how to make it though as I always have it when Frank orders a beer. It is simply a couple of ice cubes sprinkled with bitters and a dash of Schweps lime cordial topped up with lemonade ( 7 up in your neck of the woods).
That sounds really good, and I actually have bitters in the cupboard now. We have Rose's lime cordial here, and I'll bet Keith would like it. I'll try it and let you know.
