I need some basic instructions for teaching a group using a card (I might even venture in experimenting with a cd). I myself haven't been practising for a few years but want to take it up again so the clearer the instructions the better. I did find a website that had very clear diagrams that I printed off some years ago. I no longer have the site addresss and can't find my hard copy!
Any help would be appreciated for anything that would do the trick.
