I finally have the last of my Christmas yarn bought.....some variegated yarn by Bernat called Camouflage to make hats for the BIL's and Nephews. Now I just need to get busy and knit em

Hope everybody is having a great day.....it's mid 50's and sunny here in Ohio.

Congrats! :D

The Camouflage is a favourite at my place, too, with three kids that love anything camo, plus the camo hats I made for the consignment store sold pretty quickly too. Don't forget that lots of girls like camo, too; I made hats and scarves and wrist warmers and then trimmed them with pink and my girls and their friends loved them, and they were the first to sell at the store, too.

Nice and sunny, here, too, on the North Atlantic coast.

I got some lovely soft acrylic/nylon Bernat Sox yarn in Camouflage colors. I like the idea of using some pink (which I also got), I could use that for heels and toes!

I have 3 neices and 3 nephews and what a neat idea for the girls......they all love pink.

Looks like the next 2 days will be the same....the trees around here have aleady started to turn...they are soo pretty but seems kinda early.

Oh those would be cute.....can you make me a pair ;-) Socks is next on my list to learn....maybe after the holidays.

I love that Camouflage by Bernat. I have done socks for my grandson, which he really liked. I never thought of hats, but I'll bet that they would be really nice, too.

Here in Manitoba we have some sun (with cloudy periods) and a VERY strong wind - ugh. The weather was beautiful a couple of days ago - too bad it couldn't have stayed.

Tomorrow we are off to the local fall supper which is held every Thanksgiving. For $9.00 each we get a huge full dinner with dessert. I don't have to cook or clean up, and we're supporting local organizations. Love it!

Thanks to everyone for their Thanksgiving wishes.

I have been racking my brain for ideas on what to make for the Nephews and when I saw that yarn it just screamed at me to buy it the yarn is soft too....I started a hat and so far its working up nice.
