Thanks, Heather!

Butterbean is getting rather frail. She has trouble walking. I don't think I'll be putting her through any more photo sessions, or at least not in costume. I'd be surprised if she makes it through Christmas.

I'll say one thing though, there's nothing wrong with her appetite!

Jerri, Your picture reminded me of one of the kid's costumes at my library's Halloween parade - yes, the child came as a skunk, on the rear of the costume was a heart with the words, "l'il stinker". I dressed up as an Old West U.S. Marshal, complete with long jean skirt, vest, badge, etc. Since tonight is Halloween, the night crew is dressing up again - I may go as a witch this time...haven't decided yet.

My DD wanted to take one of the boys trick-or-treating. Her thought was to splatter/spray paint a plain top and pants, so that she could be the skunk's victim!

Lol. Maybe it's Freudian? Shows what we really think of our kids, furry or not.

OMG! So cute!

Sorry to hear the Butterbean is so...elderly I guess is the best word. :-( I'll miss that goofy little guinea. I hope she does make it past Christmas.

Thanks Val,

They don't live very long, but Butterbean has definitely had a life a luxury! I don't think she has any complaints.
