it finally happened - (all good)

It finally happened. I have become so addicted to hand quilting that I was caught watching Monday Night Football without my husband. I'm loving Monday Night Quilting Season!

Your condition is serious. Isn't there a 12-step program for that? Polly

I watch Sunday Night Football (can't stand those goofball color analysts on MNF), even without quilting to do. Can I help it if I like to watch those nice young things in tight, shiny pants?

Oh, are they playing a game, too? I didn't notice. ;-P

Love football season for just that reason. I once got a huge king-sized quilt tied during football season.

hello Karen!!! Just be watchful of your finger tips :) I haven't machine quilted much more than a couple baby quilts in the last several years since I to became addicted to hand quilting. I have to confess that I thought that I would never be able to hand quilt because of my strokes. Low and behold I have developed quite the love of it. Even though my stitches are not always a even as I would like I can't see me doing the larger quilts by machine any more. They just look so good when done by hand. I am right now working on another GMF quilt and of course the whole thing front and back is stitched by hand. Before that I made another DWR. This one for myself. I have it all done but the binding. There lays another delima. I have to decide how/what I want to bind it with. So until I make that decission It will sit. BTW good to see you again julia

I can just hear it now -

Musicmaker: Hello, my name is Karen. I watch Monday night football by myself and quilt.

The little old ladies at the Methodist Church Quilt League: Sisters, let us pray.
