I'm tired of Webshots. I think there is something strange going on when I get these emails every week telling me how many downloads I have had that week of my albums. Since only my family has access to those albums, it bothers me. I have asked them if them had done downloads and they have said they haven't done any in years. I would like anyone's thoughts on Picasa and the ease of getting things from Webshots to Picasa.

I switched to Picasa a couple of months ago and could not be happier. I had all of the things that I had posted on my webshots page stored in a backup hard drive to safeguard against their loss, so it was easy enough to upload those to the picasa website. I then just deleted all the pics from webshots and was done with them for good. Webshots still seem to think I have something to do with them because they keep sending me these e-mails saying now would be a good time to post some more pictures, but that arrives in my junk folder, and I laugh when I hit the delete button. Picasa is a very easy website to use and I would recommend going for it. My experience with them has been fine.

Thanks for your help. I will probably switch this week. I emailed Webshots about the download emails, and they said they didn't show any downloads for several years, and they are looking into the problem.
