Yesterday i saw a pile of books on sale and saw a Book about the Life and designs of ELSA Schiaparelli ,,,, and bought it for nothing, of course i have still to clean and air it, it was not well kept , but i am looking forward to read about the lady , Who is one of our Foremothers of making knitting popular and acceptable to wear by ALL parts of society. mirjam

Thank you Lisa ,,, i admire her Pioneer work in designibg clothes that were wearable, took into consideration many factors that other designers before her didn`t think about ,,, But Mostly i remember how she Made Knitted sweaters Acceptable to ALL groups of society.... If you look at That sweater which she knitted to look like "Sailor`s ` clothes , You can see her genius. It still looks ok to wear now ..... mirjam

That happens sometimes. No joke, sometimes I feel a very strong urge to go into the second-hand shop and when I do, there's something I really want. Then I still have to decide whether I need it, but at least I have the chance.

Well Noree i cleaned and aired the book and sat leafing in it and i see that it is Full with interesting FACTS about her life and work ,,,,, there is a reason ....i am stuck in a Lecture i sort of couldn`t end i lacked some `Detail` ,,, This book has that detail, thus lecture can be finnished .!!!! Hurra!!!!!! mirjam
