Question for Dianne L. about book

Dianne,

On some recent thread that now I can't find, you recommended a specific embroidery book published in the early 1980's. I looked it up on Amazon and I thought I had saved it to my wish list.

Could you tell me the name of it again? And this time I will really save it.

Thanks, Donna in Virginia

Glad to: "The Pattern Library Embroidery" Editor Amy Carroll Contributor Dorothea Hall Ballentine Books - New York First published in Great Britain in 1981 by Ebury Press ISBN 0-345-29598-6

It's a small full-color paperback and does not have every embroidery stitch known to man. But it encompasses a wide variety, including some drawn thread and drawn fabric, and lovely examples of how to use stitches creatively. It's what I have found missing in many how to's

Thanks. This time I made sure I saved it at Amazon. Over 40,000 books came up with just a search for "embroidery," which was the only word I remembered.
