Egg white powder

Hello all,

Can someone tell me how much I have to use of egg white powder to substitute a fresh egg white?? Thank you for your answer. gr. Carley.

According to the package directions on the can of JustWhites in my pantry, 2 teaspoons of JustWhites with 2 tablespoons of water is equal to the white of

1 egg. Add JustWhites to warm water, stir gently for 2 minutes, giving the powder time to absorb all the water. Continue to stir until completely dissolved. For best results, use a whisk.
