do you have to rollthe dough out when making pepperroin rolls . then let the dough rise again . pls help me . thankyou love purple

Simply: Place a filling on a piece of rolled out rectangular shape of bread dough. The dough is then rolled up(with the filling inside) to form a neat cylinder .If the dough will not seal you can moisten the edges it with milk or egg and pinch to seal properly rolling it into a cylinder. Or if the pepperoni is greasy let the cut up slices or strips lay on a kitchen towel to absorb the grease before using for filling.

It is then placed on a greased baking tray and allowed to rise well,it can be brushed with beaten egg for a nice shiny and golden colour when baked. Roy

thank you very much for your help . i really appreciate so much for your help . love purple
