Okay, I found a recipe. It might sound funny, because I'm translating it fom German.

Schnecken made from yeast dough

23-25 servings Prepare a yeast dough from the following ingredients:
500 g flour
30g compressed yeast
40g sugar
1egg
1 pich of salt
40g soft butter Let rise. In the meantime prepare filling. Stir together:
50 g soft butter
50g sugar
75g dried currants
75g raisins
30g chopped almonds
30g candied lemon peel (optional in my opinion) Roll out dough on floured surface into a rectangle. Spread filling on top. Roll dough up lenghtwise and cut into slices. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Not to close together. Let rise fro about 20 minutes and then bake at 410 F (that seems a liitle high to me) for about 20 minutes. Let cool and glaze. It is just a cinnamon roll with a different filling. I hope this is what you are looking for. Katharina
