I check in everyday. Some spam every now and then. Bakers left when the Bread Machine folks took over. Then when a newbie asked a question, they were told to Google. ISPs started dropping USENET.

Never got a chance to thank 'VOX' for the Cheesecke recipe.

I once made an Oreo-crusted cheesecake that was the best I'd ever eaten. It was a tall, NY-style cake. Next time I made it, it was very grainy. I changed something in the process, but don't know what. But that's baking, isn't it? :)
