Keeping Bread in the drawer

OK. I am going to submit a request for a $10 million federal study grant to study what is obviously a huge problem. I am certain I can enlist the assistance of a rocket scientist friend, who is director of Ion Beam Modification and Analysis at Noth TX State. I will keep you guys posted on the disbursement of funds.

That's just too much "stuff" to buy and deal with, when (as in #2 above) you only need to spin the thing to twist the bag shut, and then put that spun end under the bag when you set it down in the box or the refrigerator. Simple. No extra plastic used (think "oil", think "gasoline prices going up").
