Ordered a Zoji BB-CEC20 black, and it arrived with the LCD panel fallen away from its window. Keyboard dead. No evidence of shipping damage. KAH, no questions asked, will ship another at their cost, and pay for return shipping of the damaged item.
Works for me. I've been treated worse.
