After a lot of research on the net we realised that most of the food sites does not give information on everything so we decided to put everything under one roof and that is how our site was born. Our site contains information which we are sure can be useful to many people and also educational to upcoming chefs. The site may be helpful, but it seems you've fallen far short of meeting the goal of "so we decided to put everything under one roof and that is how our site was born.". I checked a few recipes and didn't fine one that didn't miss information. For example, you have a recipe for shrimp tempura. The instructions include "dip shrimp in tempura batter" but no recipe for the batter. This hardly meets the criteria of having everything under one roof.
