2-hole connector question

All, I'm not sure how to describe the 2-hole Bali connectors I am having trouble with, so here is a picture: . As you can see, they are gorgeous, and of course I want to use them in my high-end pieces. The problem is that I can't seem to figure out how to keep them from flipping around. They are flat on the back so it is very noticeable when they do, and I can't wear the necklace for more then a minute or so without one side or the other flipping over (the pendant remains facing forward, but the strands of beads twist around enough to flip the connector around). I have restrung this necklace and the other I use them in several times but nothing seems to make any difference. Any suggestions? Thanks Marisa2
