Thanks Kandice - I was really surprised at how much irridescence I got with this set. I am so much loving vetrofond black - it seems to do so many nice things compared to Moretti black!

Oh, *yes* - I use Vetrofond black almost exclusively now, because it doesn't go as purple-y when spread out. It's so nice to work with.

I just bought some and love the color. But it seems awfully stiff... which seems odd since it's an opaque, not a transparent (at least according to them.) Acts more like lauscha. Is it just me or is that the way it's 'supposed' to be?

It does seem stiffer than the Moretti black. I guess both are technically transparents - just that Moretti is dark, dark transparent purple, and Vetrofond is dark, dark blue.
