Hello! My name is Cindy Palmer, I'm a lampworker from Madison, WI. JC Herrell told me about your group, what a great place to find information about my favorite topic - beads!!! I've been lampworking for about three years and really enjoy the community the bead world has to offer - I'm always amazed by the amount of people who share my passion for beads.

I've just started making a new bead that is just like a little rock, with multi facets and an irregular shape. The beads are set on a base of jet black, and then have a twist of raku and plumb, pools and paths of deep deep purple, and small leaves of rich green. This set will go up on ebay around 9:00 CT, there is a photo on my website though.

Glad to see you here, Cindy.

Mike's been having a blast making those marble beads, now if I could only get him to Wisconsin to have a torching day with you guys life would be perfect. I'd have to come too, of course, to translate. :-D
