hello katie... i use a lot of silver beads and love not having to buy scads of them to try out, r incorporate.

the only suggestion, and truthfully, i looked at only one auction, is that you include the sizes of the beads..at least in general.

For instance, I looked at this auction,

and since I don't know the size of ANY of the crystals, I don't really have a point of reference for size. Does that make sense? I know exactly what I mean, but I'm having an I Love Lucy day.......................

Are these beads sterling silver? No where in the description does it say so .....

Thank you for the hints.... They have been rolling in all day, including a few from my Ebayaholic friend in Hawaii! LOL!!

The scads of loose beads for sale are pewter or basemetal. I bought tons of the stuff early on, and now I tend to work with only Bali these days. Also, I have scads and scads of other beads that I need to sell, so that I can buy more crystal..... :)

In my mind saying "Bali-style" meant 'not real Bali', but I must remember that most peoples' brains function a lot better than mine, and so I should never rely on my own warped logic!!

You're absolutely right... including the crystals for size reference doesn't help much when you have no size what they are. DUH!!! (slapping forehead repeatedly) Mea Culpa!!!! (as I said before, I am VERY new to selling, so comments are vVERY appreciated!)

The next batch of spring cleaning beads I put out will have size references... I promise!!

Katie (feeling very sheepish...)

P.S. BTW, in the various pieces of Jewelry for sale, the components are all Bali. I actually went back and added more clarification to the descriptions since they are open for a few days yet.
