AD: new auctions up!

I have three new auctions listed on eBay... some really amazing colors, including the most suprising effect with copper green! (Surprising to me... I just ordered it and never would have guessed it would turn pink when you encase it!)

does not surprise me - knowing the chemical properties of copper based glass - very stunning combination.

BTW - where did you buy the copper green? I've been trying to get it - and ink blue -- but keep being told they are "out of stock" at Arrow Springs... sigh Cheryl of DRAGON BEADS Flameworked beads and glass

It's SO cool! I absolutely love it... it's green until you encase it, and then it turns pink with green edges!

I got the copper green from Frantz. The ink blue I got from them looks like cobalt, which is what I'm hearing from everyone. Frantz will take it back if I ever get around to sending it.

The copper green is apparently a totally different thing from the last batch, which was greener; these are brick-red on the outside, but look green on the bead, until you encase. Wonderful stuff!

Thank you! I just discovered it and I love the stuff! Next I need some of this Opal Yellow everyone's talking about.

You will LOVE it. It's just wonderful to work with. It comes in batches like the copper green though - if you can get the darker rods of yellow, do it. The lighter ones don't strike very well - the color you get from the lighter rods is a pale yellow color. The darker rods strike from lavender to blush to creamy yellow to beige. Just awesome stuff.
