Doing business overseas is allways a bit difficult. Living in The Netherlands makes ordering from ebay a risk. I ordered from

(an ebay-shop) some two months ago. Notrhing arrived so I send Chris an email. After some searching Chtris decided it should have been there long ago, since it was send by airmail. So I got a new shipment FREE OF CHARGE. I asked if we should split costs, but got this email as an answer:

Hi Bart; It's OK, we like to take care of our friends! First time though I had a package get lost going to the Netherlands, but so it goes. Hope you enjoy your purchases and we get to see you again sometime.

Hi Bart -

I had a package I thought went missing in the Netherlands also. My customer finally went to her local post office and inquired about it - they found it sitting on a shelf waiting to be processed for customs duty. This was some five weeks after I had mailed it. You might want to check again with your post office just to be sure.

And of course, only a day after the second parcel arrived parcel one arrived as well. Stamped on juni 17th, arrived august 8. A corner cut of, probably so the dog could smell better if ther was anything illegal inside. To my dissapointment I must say it contained only beads, wire crimps and clasps. so nothing else to get high on. :-)

Anyway, Chris, could you send me another paypal invoice? Of course I'll keep the goods, never to much soft flex in the box...... As mentioned before, thanks for doing business this way.

Now that is what makes doing business overseas a great pleasure, I end up with twice as much softflex, crimps, clasps and seedbeads as I orderd, but I am still happy with it.
