This has little relevancy for domestic matters, but its impact of foreign relations cannot be ignored, especially in an age where our greatest foreign policy challenge is repairing relations with the Muslim world.>
I think it is wonderful -- my best friend is married to a Christian man - and has raised her sons Jewish - with a tolerance of all religions -- that's what we REALLY NEED... instead of what you are trying to do here -- stir up more religious intolerance..... by suggesting that a man who would seek a political position has but one goal... (which is what you are implying by your message).
TRUE tolerance is the ability to look past religious differences and seek a path of peace - which even the Koran would encourage all good and true Muslims to do - just as all Jewish and Christians should also do -- PEACE is a strong word in every language and faith..... let's all seek it.......
