Bead Racks (not an ad)

My friend, Lois, has a husband with power tools! And some talent! She's doing shows and discovered as I did that there is no great way to display a ton of beads. And her Butch isn't one to let a problem go unsolved.

Anyway, she gifted me with one and UPS destroyed another, (wanna see? go here:

) but she managed to take pictures of her racks and beads at a recent show. (they are available for purchase, but you'd have to ask Lois the details.)

What a fabulous rack that is! I've got a man with Power Tools as well, so if I ask very nicely... ;o) The display in those racks makes the beads look good enough to eat and I'd have to go up and touch them! Hehe

That is a very clever way to display a boatload of beads.. wow.. very nice. Didnt you know that UPS has a rule. Every package must be dropped at least once from a height in a direct ratio to the value of the package? At least I suspect they do.... Diana

I like this rack as well. Our local bead shop's owner is a whiz with power tools. He created a bead rack that will hold you mandrels horizontally and show off tons of beads. Both are good ideas.

One lady in Anchorage has a drum shape -- two discs with rods between on the perimeter. Like a two story lazy susan. That would be cool horizontally too. Using notched triangles (on a base) on each end to drop the axel into.
