Judging by the size the beads look, only a doll could sit on it. And it looks like they're just glued onto it.

I reckon that would be a bit uncomfortable to the rump. You would have a pebble dashed bottom afterwards. Shirley

it's a full size bench -- I'd say she had a big repro of her jewelry tag made to go on it. check out all the rest..... I liked some of them - some were dumb. I bet they get "big bucks" for them at the auction Cheryl of DRAGON BEADS Flameworked beads and glass

Not as bad as this one:

thought the glass mosaic was a nice idea - but the sharp edges on this onewould make it impractical

some of them are - of course "pure art" ... some of which i like - and some I don't. I guess this is NY's version of the Chicago Cows and the Cincinatti Pigs... LOL Cheryl of DRAGON BEADS Flameworked beads and glass

Ooooooooooo! I want one. I'd be tempted to buy one of those recycled material benches and glue all my reject beads to it! It'd look so pretty out in the yard!

HEY !!! I just realized I HAVE A BENCH sitting in my back yard-- forlornly worn wood in a cast iron frame. My grandmother got it for me at some discount store years ago..... I was thinking of getting new wood for it.... now wouldn't a beaded bench in my back yard be cool????? I wonder how best to attach the beads to the wood.... hmmmmmmmmmm LOL Cheryl of DRAGON BEADS Flameworked beads and glass

I'd probably use Tile Mastic. It's cheap, is meant to stand up to water and is also meant to attach porcelain and glass tile to a porous background. The only gotcha is that it's smelly before it dries.
