Nope, the listed mods are:

There are close to 400 names on the list, but over 90 are bouncing e-mails. The average traffic is less than 10 messages per month and of late, 1/3 of those have been spam.

The overall traffic of the group declined past the first few months and is now just kind of lingering.

I knew my landlady was trouble from the first day I saw her, but we were running out of time to find a place to live, and Kevin can't live in a place with steps (EVERYTHING in this town has steps).

It's okay -- everyone in this building (3 units) is moving out at the same time! We got together, decided we were all disgusted, and so we're leaving this entire building EMPTY. That should show the greedy landlady! Believe me, she will freak out. Money is all that matters to her -- and control. She even did cruel things to Merc when he was dying. That really crossed the line for me.
