Costs Less than 2.5 gal of gas

Just realized the lasting value of all the budget priced jewelry shown in the link below. Sterling silver, pearl, crystal, abalone, amethyst, and amber in earrings, bracelets, and more.

Which would you rather - a commute to the store or an accessory for years?

I make everything with quality and care and sell for fun and love! You always get more for your money at Pretty Cheap Jewelry (where NOTHING is cheap except the price). FREE California Poppy Greeting card with any purchase. Just mention this post. Original photo, full color printed on glossy paper.

Thanks and make it a lasting day.

Somebody's got to say it, and I decided it was going to be me: if you put ads in this newsgroup, put "AD" in the subject.

And, I looked at your Etsy store in the past. You're not doing anybody here a favor by selling your jewelry under price. I'm a software engineer (full time employed, thank you) myself, and I have some jewelry in galleries. Yes, I can work (making beads or jewelry is work too) for free too (now, I don't know how long that's going to last), but I won't. You are undermining the artists in this newsgroup who are trying to make a living. If you want to sell your jewelry for cheap, sell to your co-workers or their spouses. My 'at work face to face' prices are way below my website prices, but this is the first time I've admitted to even that.

(haven't updated the blog yet as work got the better of me, but I did unpack my torch kit tonight)

Also, you're not doing yourself any favours by selling silver plated beads. Sorry, but you're claim is false: plated metal IS CHEAP. It gets nasty fast, and then customers have a piece of junk on their hands.

*CLAPPING* Well put! I've been saying the same thing for years now.
