Where abouts do you live again? ;-) STASH RAID!!!!!! Diana
Sheesh! I'd better not show these photos to hubby or he'll be worried about what might come!
Cha-Ching....I love those organizer racks. I saw some at a bead store (the clear ones that spin) and they would NOT tell me where they got them. If I had some of those then I would just have to fill them UP!
Janet R
me where they got them.<
Scrapbook store supplier. They usually hold die cuts.
Carol in SLC Some of my stuff:
these came from a store that went out of business that sold those ceramic beads with letters and numbers and cartoon characters. There is also a smaller one that is like a staircase with 6 bins at each level. we went to the going out of business auction. Living in a small town where the primary auctioneer for estates, going out of business, etc sends you email on every sale has its advantages. someone asked, we live in Northern Calif. about 250 mi NE of SF.
DIANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You would have looked at my piece and said... oh.. now how did you get that nice ruffled edge?? and i would have said.. I dunno... its not quite right is it... You would have chuckled I think. Well... I took it apart. I started over with delicas (a really nice person who lives in Berkely gave me some) and my piece is looking a bit less rumply. Im thinking that tension and beads that are close to the same size is very important in this game...am I right? I wanted to get this under my belt ... its probably going to be useful later. :-) Diana
That's cool...my two big displays came from a going-out-of-business sale. I will look at a store fixture outlet we have here in Houston so I can compare prices. Now I have to figure out how to sneak pharmacy shelves upstairs without my DH noticing!
You have a way cool bead room! Janet R
vj found this in rec.crafts.beads, from "Armand Vine" :
