And I can't wait, although I'm sure Mr. Credit Card is wishing I would :-) I missed last year's bead show because I didn't know about it, but this year I was thoroughly prepared! It runs from the
25th-27th, but I'm taking the afternoon off from work on the 25th to go. Mom and I are going to a community craft fair on the 26th.
I made a couple of new necklaces for that, and I'll try to get some pictures...I also finally made myself a Venus necklace. I bought one off of JustBeads last year and I love how it turned out. Have a couple of half finished things on the go - a "vine" necklace inspired by Bead and Button and some Swarovski Pearls. I don't have the hardware yet to complete either. I bought some silver cone ends to finish the vine necklace but I was disappointed when they came - I thought they would be hollow cones from the picture, but they're solid with little holes through the centre. LOL, I need something to cover up my knots at the end.
