That is GREAT news. Grats on the loan approval. I hope the rest of your moving experience goes semi-smoothly. I say semi-smoothly because I know that NOTHING ever goes through without a wrinkle...something always causes a wrinkle which makes things not so smooth...But like I said I hope it goes mostly smooth with very few wrinkles :)

Have I mentioned wrinkle A yet? They wanted us to bring over TWICE the money we'd planned to bring to closing... which we'd already discussed, of course! Now we're waiting for them to rewrite the papers to something we can afford! Bleh. But at least it's really truly happening!
